• We inspect before we price. Every visit begins with a fixed AED 150 inspection fee — a technician diagnoses the fault, say tracing why a bedroom AC blows warm — and ends with a written quote you approve on the spot. Say yes, and that AED 150 comes off your final bill.
• We guarantee what we touch. Re-seal a shower or replace a pump with us and the work carries a three-month workmanship warranty, with six months on parts we supply — printed on the invoice, T&C apply.
• One team answers for the result. The technicians who quote your job belong to the same multi-trade team that carries it out — no finger-pointing between trades, and one number to call if anything needs revisiting.
• We keep a 24/7 emergency line staffed. When a pipe bursts at 2 am, a technician is typically on-site within 60 to 90 minutes.
