What To Do in a Maintenance Emergency
The right action in the first two minutes limits the damage. While we dispatch your technician, do this:
- Water leak: close the main water valve (usually near the water meter or in the garage/utility area), move valuables clear, then call us.
- Electrical fault: switch off the affected breaker — or the main switch if you smell burning — and don't touch damaged outlets. Call us.
- AC failure: switch the unit off at the thermostat and breaker to prevent further damage, then call us. Our line will guide you through it while the technician is on the way.
