Waterproofing for Bathrooms, Terraces & Roofs

Waterproofing failures rarely show up in the wet room itself. The signs appear a floor below or a season later: a damp ceiling under an upstairs bathroom, paint bubbling on an external wall after rain, or failed grout letting water track behind tiles. We strip back to the substrate, apply a fresh waterproofing membrane, then retile and finish — treating the cause, not repainting the symptom.

Making Good After a Leak or Repair

A concealed leak is never just a pipe. After our plumbing team fixes the fault, someone still has to close the chased wall, replace damaged gypsum, plaster and repaint — the point where repairs usually stall between contractors. Tessa keeps the chain in-house: one crew makes good the wall or ceiling, then our painting team applies a colour-matched finish, all on one quote.

How Civil Works Are Quoted

Civil prices vary too much for a rate card — regrouting a shower is not retiling a bathroom — so every job is priced on-site. Book a civil works inspection online or over WhatsApp for AED 150; a supervisor measures up, agrees the scope and issues a fixed written quote with a schedule, and the fee is credited to your final invoice on approval. What moves the price is scope, materials, access and approvals — never an open-ended day rate.

Apartments, Villas and Offices

We carry out civil works in apartments, villas, townhouses and offices, and where a building or community requires an NOC or work permit we factor the approval into the scope and schedule. Property owners on our Premium AMC plan have civil works within their full-property cover, with material and labour included up to AED 500 per job — T&C apply.
